To live a better life and provide better to best education to your children, you will need money. How much money is needed is a question from person to person.
For someone, 30000 rupees can be a lot of money to live a standard life and for some even 3 lakhs rupees per month would be too less.
So, the need for money will be different for the desire and expenses of a person.
Example:
I will give you a small example. There are two guys names Ram and Shyam, who did engineering from same college and same branch.
Ram was the only son from a well-to-do family and Shyam was from a poor family with 3 more sisters to do marriage.
Both of them got the job in an MNC company named "XYZ Pvt. Ltd" with same salary as 50000 rupees per month. For Ram, there was not responsibility, since he has bonglow, car, servants and everything is needed for a good life, whereas Shyam has these things in priority.
So, Whatever the 50000 rupees Ram used to get is only his money, and he hardly could spend 10000-15000 rupees max per month for himself and rest 35000-40000 rupees as extra money for saving.
Whereas Shyam has to spend 40000-45000 rupees at least for family expenses, own expenses and for sisters marriage. here, he could save maximum 5000 to 10000 rupees max per month.
So, you understood right, how life works for two different people working on same job and same salary.
How to earn 2 Cr to 15 Crores
In this article, we are going to discuss how can we become rich and earn over 2 Cr to 15 Crores rupees by investing just 5000 rupees by following a simple procedure.
That process is called consistency and we will select Mutual Fund as the product where the money would be invested.
I know many people would not be able to spend a lot of money every month and put in mutual fund. But I would encourage you to put your money at least in some kind of investment. If it is mutual fund, then your money is at risk, which I completely understand.
But, when you choose to invest in Mutual fund through SIP as instrument, then be sure to put that much of money which you can keep aside and you won't need it any near future. Because I would like you to put your money and forget kind of attitude. And you can do this with a small amount of money.
One more suggestion, don't just put all your extra money only in mutual fund. You need diversification where your money can be distributed in various products like FD, Bonds, real estate, NSC, NPS, Insurance etc..
I assume that you are taking a term life insurance first before investing any money in any investment product.
Today, I will take that amount as 5000 which you can afford let's say and we will select Nifty 50 index fund through a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) to be a safer side of mutual fund, though it is a equity fund. I am saying it safer equity fund because it is a fund which is an average value of to 50 companies stock value in India. So, it is less likely to have more companies going bankrupt which are now in top 50.
And when you stay invested for long term, then the risk becomes very less.
Scenario #1:
Let's say your age is 21 and you got your first job and thought of investing in Mutual fund.
- If you invest 5000 rupees for next 40 years and you get 15% as return, then your total investment will be ₹24 Lacs but you will gain ₹15.46 Crs with total maturity value as ₹15.7 Crs
- So, if return percentage is 14%, then your total investment will be ₹24 Lacs but you will gain ₹11.07 Crs with total maturity value as ₹11.31 Crs.
- Let's don't be much greedy, we can take 13% as return, and then your total investment will be ₹24 Lacs but you will gain ₹07.94 Crs with total maturity value as ₹08.18 Crs.
- Now, we can expect at least 12% bare minimum from these top companies and the index mutual fund, then your total investment will be ₹24 Lacs but you will gain ₹05.7 Crs with total maturity value as ₹05.94 Crs.
Scenario #2
- In this case, your total investment is ₹18 lacs with gains as ₹3.32 Crs and maturity value as ₹3.5 Crs where 15% is the return.
